Shipping policy

At Opulancia, we strive to deliver your exquisite selections with the speed, care, and discretion they deserve. This Shipping Policy outlines all details regarding the processing, delivery, and handling of orders placed on Opulancia.com.


1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM EST will begin processing the next business day.

  • During promotional periods, launches, or holiday seasons, processing may take 5–7 business days. You will be notified via email if delays occur.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We partner with premium carriers (UPS, DHL Express, FedEx, and USPS) to ensure your Opulancia experience is seamless.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Opulancia is not liable for carrier delays, customs clearance, or weather-related disruptions.


3. Free Shipping Eligibility

  • Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders shipped within the contiguous United States totaling $150 USD or more after discounts and before taxes.

  • Free shipping does not apply to express, overnight, or international orders unless specified by a special promotion.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier’s tracking portal.

  • Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & APO/FPO addresses: We ship to these addresses via USPS, but delivery may take longer and tracking may be limited.

  • International shipping: Opulancia currently ships to select countries. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact our concierge at concierge@opulancia.com.

  • Customs & Duties (International): Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. These are not included in our shipping charges.


6. Failed Deliveries & Returned Packages

If a package is returned to Opulancia due to:

  • Incorrect address provided at checkout,

  • Refusal to pay customs fees,

  • Unsuccessful delivery attempts after 3 tries,

the customer will be responsible for:

  • A $15 restocking fee,

  • Reshipping costs (at standard rates), or

  • A refund for the product value minus original shipping charges and the restocking fee.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Opulancia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided.

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier directly to open an investigation.

  • For lost-in-transit packages (no delivery scan within 15 business days), contact support@opulancia.com within 30 days of the shipment date.


8. Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, Opulancia does not support shipping multiple items in one order to different addresses. Please place separate orders for each shipping destination.
